Payments for FlightLine products are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

We do not store or process credit card information on our servers.

When a purchase is made, we may receive limited information from Stripe, including:

  • Transaction ID

This information is used solely for transaction confirmation, record keeping, and customer support.

3. Technical Hosting Data

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosting providers, Vercel may automatically collect standard technical log information, such as:

  • Date and time of access

This information is used for security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

FlightLine AI does not use tracking scripts or third-party behavioral analytics tools.

Student account and exam data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS US-East-1.


4. Exam Data & Miss Reports

FlightLine AI requires account creation to access purchased exam engines. When you create an account and use the platform, we collect and store:

  • Email address

  • Exam scores and results

  • ÆRIX diagnostic outputs

  • Login timestamps

This data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure and is used solely to provide platform functionality — including exam delivery, progress tracking, and ÆRIX diagnostic generation. We do not sell this data. ÆRIX diagnostic processing is handled via the OpenAI API and is subject to OpenAI's data processing terms.


5. How We Use Information


We use collected information solely to:

  • Process transactions

  • Provide customer support

  • Maintain and improve site functionality

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Deliver AI-powered diagnostic feedback via ÆRIX

We do not sell personal information.


6. Children’s Privacy

FlightLine AI is intended for adult learners and aviation students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
