Welcome to FlightLine AI. By accessing or using our website, test engines, or AI-assisted educational tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.


1. Educational Purpose Only

FlightLine AI provides independent, AI-assisted educational tools designed to help aviation maintenance students prepare for FAA written examinations.

FlightLine AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Our materials are intended for supplemental study purposes only and are not official FAA publications, training programs, or testing services.

Users are responsible for verifying all critical information with current official FAA handbooks and regulations.


2. Permitted Use

You agree to use FlightLine AI only for lawful educational purposes.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute access links or tokens

  • Attempt to bypass access controls or payment systems

  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or reverse-engineer proprietary question banks or software

  • Use automated tools to extract platform content

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.


3. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including branding, software, question banks, diagnostic systems, layouts, and educational materials — is the exclusive property of FlightLine AI, LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.


4. AI-Assisted Features


Certain features may utilize third-party artificial intelligence technologies, including services provided by OpenAI. Access to such features may require users to create and maintain an account with the applicable third-party provider. FlightLine AI does not control the availability, pricing, terms, or policies of third-party services.

AI-generated feedback is intended for educational guidance only and may contain errors. Users remain responsible for independent verification of all study material.

FlightLine AI does not guarantee exam outcomes.


5. Payments & Access

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. FlightLine AI does not store or process credit or debit card information directly.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Purchases of test engines are one-time payments

  • Access is limited to the purchasing user

  • All sales are final

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of verified technical malfunction.


6. Limitation of Liability

FlightLine AI and its owners shall not be liable for:

  • Exam failures

  • Certification delays

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Reliance on educational content

Use of the platform is at your own risk.


7. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages may occur due to hosting providers, payment processors, or third-party services.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
